Instructions
- Cover tightly the frozen cheese with plastic wrap
- Put it in the fridge overnight or for 24 hours under the 35-40F (solid blocks of cheese can take longer than shredded cheese)
- Check if the cheese is thawed completely or at the level as you expect
- Remove from the fridge to cook per your recipe

- Do not try to speed up the defrosting time be thawing frozen cheese at room temperature since this can make the cheese dry out and become crumbly
- When you thaw frozen cheese in the fridge, make sure that the temperature will remain 35-40F since storage above 40F can increase the chances of foodborne poisoning
