Shrimp is one of the most popular and delicious seafood. As you know, shrimp will provide us with an abundant source of nutrition, especially iron. Another reason that makes us fall in love with shrimp is there are plenty of recipes to cook it within a short time such as roasting, grilling or baking it. However, the easiest and quickest way is probably to steam which allows the shrimp to keep the moisture, nutrition and fresh as much as possible.
Generally, shrimp tastes best when it’s piping hot out of the steamer but we usually encounter the “our eyes are bigger than stomach” situation which leads to the fact that we cannot eat all shrimp that we have cooked and had them left. And I will show you that simple “magic” in this article.
